Easiest Biscuits EVER

-2 cups of self rising flour

-1.5 cups of heavy whipping cream

Pat out on floured surface, don’t overwork the dough. Cut out, but don’t twist when cutting, just cut straight down and then pull up. Brush the top lightly with heavy whipping cream. Bake at 475 till golden brown on top. Cast iron works great for baking but so does a regular pan. When they are out of the oven brush the tops with butter.
