When I saw this recipe I was intrigued and scared. I took the leap and oh my I'm so glad I did!!!
1 can of pumpkin puree
1 bag of marshmallows
Pumpkin Pie Spice
Cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Salt
Graham Cracker Crust (this is what it calls for and it was good but next time I will use a regular pie crust)
Melt the bag of marshmallows and the can of pumpkin together on low to medium heat, stirring often. Add in pumpkin pie spice and some cinnamon to taste, add a dash of salt.
When its melted add in a tsp of vanilla.
After that mixture cooks slightly, mix in one tub (standard size) of cool whip, then pour into your ready to go pie crust.
Cover it and put in the fridge to chill for at least an hour.
