"A World of Food" book by Carl Warner

We have been studying the beautiful book by Carl Warner called "A World of Food".  This is a great book for kids each page depicts a solid color scenery made entirely of food.  We loved it and it fit right in with our review of colors for the week.  My original plan was to make food sculptures but that just seemed wasteful.  Instead we tore up construction paper and the boys used their imaginations to name the food that made up their pictures.

Finished products.....Weston is our Mr. Picky so his picture is the one where none of the pieces touch.
