Learn How to Draw/Paint a Shark.....

This is our first school day of shark week 2014 and we are so excited!! Our art project for the day was learning how to draw a shark.  Then we turned our drawings into paintings.  I used this great link for "How to draw a shark".  I showed them each step then let them use my very rough painting as a guide.  They did great!!!  I used acrylic paints but the boys used watercolors......

And here are their wonderful works of art!! I was pretty impressed ...........not bad for artists who are 7, 5, 3 and 3:-)
