Cumberland Falls State Resort Park is a beautiful park. A large portion of the area is handicap and stroller accessible plus they have wonderful rest rooms, snack shop, visitor's center and gift shop in the same place. It is definitely on the higher end of the State Parks we have visited. It is usually very busy and best known for it's Moonbow, a lunar rainbow that happens at night when the moon is full, the moonbow can be white or contain color. Moonbows can happen over virtually any waterfall from time to time but there are only two places where it can be counted on enough to predict a reliable schedule; Cumberland Falls in Kentucky and Victoria Falls in Africa. It is sort of a big deal.
We loved the rainbow:-) Rainbows can be seen here on most all sunny days
I was able to sneak in a picture of a rare happy moment from today.....
Love the peek-a- boo picture.....
It was a absolutely beautiful day!!!
